Safety Standards at Sanjog

At Sanjog, your safety and trust are our highest priorities.

As part of our responsibility, and in compliance with international child safety standards and Google Play’s policies, we have adopted and enforce the following standards to prevent child sexual abuse, exploitation, and any inappropriate conduct on our platform:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, communication, or behavior that involves:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Exploitation or endangerment of minors

  • Solicitation of minors

  • Grooming behaviors

  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing any inappropriate images or conversations involving minors

Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account removal and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Age Verification and Restrictions

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to create an account on Sanjog.

  • We actively monitor and verify accounts to detect and prevent underage users.

  • Misrepresentation of age is grounds for account termination.

3. Reporting and Removal

  • Report Abuse: We encourage users to immediately report any suspicious behavior or violation through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting us directly.

  • Rapid Response: Reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated Trust & Safety team, with actions taken swiftly.

  • Law Enforcement Collaboration: We cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law to support investigations and prosecutions.

4. Education and Awareness

We provide ongoing educational resources to our community on:

  • Recognizing grooming and exploitation behaviors

  • Practicing safe online interactions

  • How to protect personal information when interacting with others online

5. Platform Moderation

  • We use a combination of automated technology and human moderators to proactively monitor for potential violations.

  • Any content or communication flagged for potential CSAE risks is prioritized for urgent review.
